PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which inhibits self-hardening sludge from hardening to easily obtain granulated and hardened soil, or the like.SOLUTION: A method for producing granulated and hardened soil includes; adding a water-soluble polymer compound to self-hardening sludge to mix them together; and adding an inorganic powder-based hardening material and/or a cationic water-soluble compound, after the mixing, to mix them together; and then conducting granulation. Granulated and hardened soil is obtained by a method for producing granulated and hardened soil, the method including; adding a water-soluble polymer compound to self-hardening sludge to mix them together; adding an inorganic powder-based hardening material and/or a cationic water-soluble compound, after the mixing, to mix them together; and then conducting granulation. In a method for inhibiting self-hardening sludge from hardening, a water-soluble polymer compound is added to self-hardening sludge to mix them together. An agent which inhibits self-hardening sludge from hardening contains a water-soluble polymer compound. |
