A food dough dividing device with which it is possible to optimize the coordination between a slide head, a main ram, and a knife while driving the slide head, the main ram, and the knife using a single motor, and to increase the dough ball production performance per unit time while minimizing the stress applied to a dough, wherein the food dough dividing device is provided with: a cylinder (5) for receiving the dough from a hopper (1); a slide head (7) having a plurality of division pockets that are disposed at one end of the cylinder and simultaneously receive the dough from the cylinder, the slide head being capable of vertically moving between a first position at which the dough is received by the division pockets from the cylinder and a second position at which the dough is discharged from the division pockets; a main ram (6) for pressing the dough in the cylinder into the division pockets of the slide head set at the first position; and a knife (8) for opening/closing a dough introduction port (10). A main motor (40) produces a swinging motion in a reference driving shaft (41), and the swinging motion of the reference driving shaft is converted into operation of the slide head, the main ram, and the knife. |
