PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a neutron detection error caused by reaction of radiation out of a measurement target in a neutron detector.SOLUTION: A neutron detector 20 comprises a plurality of a boron-trifluoride gas proportional counter tubes 1 each including an anode ray provided while being spread in boron-trifluoride gas sealed with predetermined pressure and generating a pulse signal corresponding to the number of neutrons. The neutron detector further comprises one MI cable 8 to which the anode rays of the plurality of boron-trifluoride gas proportional counter tubes 1 are connected, a signal line 12 electrically connecting the anode ray of each of the boron-trifluoride gas proportional counter tubes 1 and the one MI cable, and insulators 4, 5 and 6 covering the periphery of the signal line 12. |
