The buffer device (3) is mounted between a boiler (1) and the taps (P1, P2, P3). It comprises a buffer tank (4) with water feed (4a) at the bottom and outlets (4b, 4c) at the top and bottom. The inlet to the buffer device is connected to the water feed (4a) of the buffer tank and also to the cold inlet (EF) of a first temperature control (M1). The top outlet (4b) of the buffer tank is linked to the hot inlet (EC) of the first temperature control. The lower outlet (4c) of the buffer tank is connected to the cold inlet (EF) of a second temperature control (M2) and the outlet (S) of the first temperature control is connected to the hot inlet of this second temperature control. The outlet of the second temperature control is connected to the outlet (3b) of the buffer device.
