PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuse that is reliable regardless of the manner in which the fuse is mounted.SOLUTION: A fuse 1 includes boards 10A and 10B, electrodes 14A and 14B, a support 16, and fusible metals 15A, 15B, and 17. The electrode 14A is formed on a main surface of the board 10A. he electrode 14B is formed on a main surface of the board 10B. The support 16 fixes the board 10B in position with respect to the board 10A in such a manner that the main surfaces where the respective electrodes 14A and 14B are formed face each other. The fusible metals 15A, 15B, and 17 are positioned between the electrodes 14A and 14B. When the fusible metals 15A, 15B, and 17 are fused a space in which the fusible metals 15A, 15B, and 17 are to spread is formed between the electrodes 14A and 14B. |
