PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell culture substrate having high cell adhesiveness.SOLUTION: The invention provides a cell culture substrate for use in culture of adherent cell lines. Specifically, a network structure of single-walled CNT (Carbon Nanotube) is formed on a surface of a hydrophobic base material. The surface of the base material of single-walled CNT has a density of 0.01-0.05 μg/mm, and an average surface roughness Ra of 5-30 nm. The base material is a silicone resin having a heat resistance of 130°C or more, and an extension ratio of 1-30%. |
