PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking device for retaining a space for accommodating a liquid substance discharged from a pan, to the maximum without increasing the number of components, thereby to suppress the occurrence of a boiling-over.SOLUTION: A cooking device 10 comprises: an upper end open pan 11 for accommodating a food material; a lid body 25 for covering the upper portion of the pan 11, having a downstream exhaust passage 64 for communicating with the outside; and an inner lid (or an inner lid set 70) arranged removably on the face of the lid body 25 confronting the pan 11 for closing the upper end opening of the pan 11. The inner lid 70 includes: an inner lid body 72 having a communication hole 84B communicating with the inside of the pan 11 for closing the upper end opening of the pan 11; and an upper side cover member 122 attached to cover the upper portion of the inner lid body 72 for forming a space between itself and the inner lid body 72 acting as an upstream side exhaust passage 71 for communicating with the downstream side exhaust passage 64. |
