<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with a large displacement and to freely select a fixing method. SOLUTION: This flexible joint is provided with an intermediate unit 4a formed by connecting a plurality of rubber ring short tubular members 5 having a rubber ring socket 51 on one end and an insert 52 having a detachment- preventive mechanism on the other end; a first end unit 2 having a universal socket 23 in which a socket body 21 is turnable fitted in a frame part 22 provided on one end; and a second end unit 3 comprising an end short tubular member 6 having an insert 61 with a detachment-preventive mechanism on one end and a universal short tubular member 7 having a universal socket 73 in which a socket body 71 is turnably fitted to a frame part 72 on one end and having an insert 74 with the detachment-preventive mechanism on the other end, and where the insert 61 of the end short tubular member 6 is fitted to the universal socket 73, and the insert 52 at the farthest end of the intermediate unit 4 is fitted to the universal socket 23 of the first end unit 2, and the insert 74 of the second end unit 3 is fitted to the rubber ring socket 51 at the farthest end of the intermediate unit 4.</p> |
