<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow even a player with relatively low head speed to increase distance when making a full shot with a driver and to have a good ball-hitting feel. SOLUTION: In a solid golf ball which comprises a solid core 1 covered with a cover 2 and formed into a multilayered structure having an inner core 3 and an outer core 4 covering the inner core 3, the inner core 3 has a diameter of 15 to 22 mm and a Shore-D hardness of 40 to 70, and the outer core 4 has a JIS-C hardness of 40 to 75. Both the inner and outer cores are made from a rubber composition composed chiefly of polybutadiene, and the thickness of the cover 2 is 0.5 to 3 mm.</p> |
