PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document processor that can simply retrieve a document with many cues, a storing medium for storing a document processing program and a document processing method. SOLUTION: When a direct processing such as a document preparation, a correction and an indirect processing such as a quotation are performed, these processing configurations, a processor, date of processing and so on are stored in relation to each document and names of documents and the past processing contents (including processing prior to the latest processing) are displayed in a processing contents list. Thus, in obtaining a document, even when a name of the document to be obtained and processed is ambiguous and so on, the document is efficiently retrieved and a selection of a desired document by the processor is simply performed by taking those processing contents as cues. Also, as the name of the document and the processing contents are listed and displayed in order of evaluation value of the document, one of a high evaluation value and importance tends to catch the processor's eye and can call his attention. |
