PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the frame pulse generator where a phase jump caused at switching is suppressed. SOLUTION: The generator is provided with 1st and 2nd clock generating sections 10, 20 that respectively generate a frame pulse phase-locked to an external clock signal supplied externally and with change point detection sections 14, 24 that detect change points of frame pulses. F1, F2 generated by the 1st and 2nd clock generating sections 10, 20, and a rising of a frame pulse generated by the other clock generating section rising timewise later is controlled by a change point of the frame pulse generated at one clock generating section rising earlier timewise. |
