PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provided a tool and a method for fingerprints registration, which can register fingerprints of a person with a simple method at a faraway place where fingerprint readout device is not placed. SOLUTION: The first sheet 1 having an adequate watering function to be attached to the fingerprints of fingertips and also chromatic components 5 to develop color by chemicals, is attached to the fingerprints of a person who is to register whose fingerprints. The fingerprints attached with the chromatic components 5 is pressed and marked on a press/mark part 6 of the second sheet 2. Then, a protecting seal 7 is peeled off from the third sheet 3 and the seal 7 is attached to the press/mark part 6 of the second sheet 2. Only the second sheet 2 is sent to a registeration manager, who peels off the seal 7 from the sent second sheet 2 and then medication is given to the press/mark part 6 of the second sheet 2 to form color of the fingerprints' patterns 8 to be read out and registered. |
