<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a reusable-temperature setting aqueous coating composition and to provide a method for reusing it. SOLUTION: i) A reusable room-temperature setting aqueous coating composition containing an acrylic-modified epoxy ester resin having an acid number of 25 to 60, obtained by mixing an epoxy resin (a)/a fatty acid (b)/an ethylene unsaturated monomer (c) at a ratio of (20-70):(20-50):(3-50) (wt.%) (a+b+c=100), is recovered in a coating booth 1 using a pH-adjusted collector liquid 4 to yield a dilute coating solution 6. ii) The dilute coating solution 6 is filtered and concentrated to be separated into a concentrated coating material and a separated liquid 9. iii) The hydrophilic solvent content and the pH of the separated liquid 9 are adjusted to 1.5 to 20 wt.% and 8 to 10, respectively, to be reused as a collector liquid.</p> |
