PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-proofing device of a new structure, capable of easily preventing a body rubber elastic body from coming off from a cylindrical portion of a molded outer bracket while realizing targeted vibration-proofing property, durability and the like by applying a high degree of freedom in designing the body rubber elastic body.SOLUTION: A cylindrical portion 32 of an outer bracket 14 is provided with a first anti-coming off projecting portion 40 projecting to an inner peripheral side at one side in the axial direction, and a second anti-coming off projecting portion 42 projecting to an inner peripheral side at the other side in the axial direction, the first anti-coming off projecting portion 40 and the second anti-coming off projecting portion 42 are disposed on positions different from each other, on the periphery of the cylindrical portion 32, and anti-coming off means for limiting an amount of relative displacement in the axial direction to the cylindrical portion 32, of a vibration-proofing device body 12, is constituted by contact of the first anti-coming off projecting portion 40 and the second anti-coming off projecting portion 42, with an axial end face of the body rubber elastic body 18. |
