PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the arrangement of an air valve and an adjuster, suction and exhaust work of a gas, and the operation of the adjuster even when the air valve is restrained from protruding from a cap member, as regards the improvement of a suspension device.SOLUTION: A suspension device F comprises: a cylindrical shock absorber body 1; a cap member 2 for blocking a one-side opening of the shock absorber body 1; an air valve 3 attached to the cap member 2; and an adjuster 4 attached to the cap member 2. In the suspension device F, the cap member 2 has: a protrusion 22 which can grasp an outer periphery in a state that the cap member 2 protruding to an outside air side is attached to the shock absorber body 1; an air valve attachment hole 5 which is formed at the protrusion 22 and into which the air valve 3 is inserted; and an adjuster attachment hole 6 which is formed at the protrusion 22 and into which the air adjuster 4 is inserted. The protrusion 22 is set at a height not lower than the air valve 3 when the air valve 3 is attached to the cap member 2, and the adjuster attachment hole 6 is arranged obliquely with respect to an axial line X of the shock absorber body 1. |
