By a main part identification part 40, a main part of the inputted sentence or phrase is identified. By a rearranging part 50, the identified main part of the inputted sentence or phrase is rearranged in the way that an order of each clause included in the main part is inverted, parts different from the main part in the inputted sentence or phrase are rearranged in the way that an order of each clause is inverted, word order in the clause is rearranged in the way that, with respect to each clause rearranged with respect to the main part and each clause rearranged with respect to the parts different from the main part, the function words identified by the clause identification part are arranged at the top of the clause. |
