PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor light-emitting device which has no hue variation in emitted light among individual semiconductor light-emitting devices; and which does not cause a hue difference (color unevenness) in irradiated light when viewed from just above the semiconductor light-emitting device (in front view); and which does not cause a hue difference (color unevenness) in irradiated light depending on a visible angle.SOLUTION: In a semiconductor light-emitting device, a sheet-like a phosphor dispersion resin (phosphor sheet) 10 in which a phosphor is dispersed in a translucent resin is arranged so as to cover a light emission part of an epitaxial layer 7b of an LED chip 7 in which the epitaxial layer 7b having a luminescent layer (active layer) is provided on a support substrate 7a composed of a semiconductor substrate. The phosphor sheet 10 includes grooves 11 which linearly extend, and each of which has a predetermined depth in a thickness direction from one surface and a predetermined width, and which are formed in a lattice shape at respective predetermined pitches in lengthwise and widthwise. |
