PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solvent-based ink jet ink composition excellent in storage stability, good in decap property and excellent in printing stability such as being capable of suppressing generation of mist and mottling, and excellent in tolerance of an ink coating film.SOLUTION: An ink composition contains at least a pigment, a pigment dispersant, a binder resin and a solvent, and as the solvent, contains at least one kind of solvent selected at least from following general formulae (1) to (3) and at least one kind of solvent selected from a general formula (4).
