PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder supply device capable of supplying powders by preventing flashing, a smelting system using the powder supply device and a supply method of powders.SOLUTION: The powder supply device comprises: a cylinder member where a screw is disposed to be rotatable inside; a powder carrying part to carry powders to the cylinder member; and a controller to control the rotation of the screw. The powder carrying part is disposed at the upper part of the cylinder member and the powders are disposed at the inside of the powder carrying part. The controller increases the bulk density of the powders being carried between the screw and the cylinder member to be larger than that of the powders disposed at the inside of the powder carrying part during the rotation of the screw. |
