摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data input device for a virtual reality system which reduces the hand fatigue feeling of a user when the hand on the screen of the virtual reality system is operated for a long time. SOLUTION: The device includes an upper case 102, a case 103 which supports the case 102 in a rotatable way, a push button 101c which is mounted on top of the case 102 and decides at least one finger that is shown on a screen so that it may be bendable, a sensitivity sensor 130 which corresponds to the button 101c and a potentiometer 110 which inputs a signal that varies with the rotation of the case 102. When a user presses the button 101c, the sensor 130 that corresponds to the button 101c is turned ON, and with such states, when the case 102 is rotated, the potentiometer 110 inputs a signal that varies with the rotation of the case 102 to a CPU. Because the user can move a hand on a screen by raising simply his hand on the case 102, pressing the button 101c and rotating the case 102, his fatigue feeling is reduced when the hand on the screen is operated for a long time.</p>
