<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active phased array antenna of a simple structure in which simplified wiring route is designed for design or aerials with different electric characteristics, the revision of manufacture is easy against a desired electric characteristic and man-hours is reduced. SOLUTION: Plural element antennas 1 connected to a signal distributer 3 by plural signal cables 2 are arranged on an aperture of the phased array antenna. Furthermore, the element antennas 1 are grouped into plural groups and each element antenna group is mounted in each antenna frame 4 and the element antennas 1 in each antenna frame 4 are connected to the signal distributer 3 with a prescribed phase difference to form a distributer unit 9. Each distributer unit 9 is arranged to the antenna frame 4 and connected electrically. Thus, the aperture area, the frequency characteristics and the radiation characteristics of the antenna are easily change by changing the number of the distributer unit 9 and their arrangement.</p> |
