The invention discloses a carbon dioxide drink cup comprising a cup body and a gas generation mechanism; a hopper material chamber and a metering plate in an upper cavity of the gas generation mechanism and a discharge plate in a lower cavity are connected in sequence through a core shaft; an annular spring is arranged between the metering plate and the discharge plate; an ingredient input port on the bottom of the material chamber and a dosing hole of the metering plate are on a same axial line; the metering plate is twisted by outer force, and a rotary axial line of the dosing hole is overlapped with an axial line of a discharge hole of the discharge plate; the discharge plate is provided with a slide slot extending into the discharge hole; the slide slot in the discharge hole is provided with a seal ring; a seal flashboard in the slide slot is always sealed in the discharge hole under the spring effect.
