Disclosed is a developing cartridge which is attached to and detached from a main body of an image forming apparatus. The developing cartridge comprises: a photoconductive drum on which an electrostatic latent image is formed; a developing roller for supplying a developer to the photoconductive drum so as to perform development; a housing in which the photoconductive drum and the developing roller are supported; a developing roller gear which is provided on the rotation axis of the developing roller and is connected to a driving gear of a main body when the developing cartridge is mounted on the main body; and a driven coupler which is provided on one end of the photoconductive drum and is connected, in an axial connection manner, to a driving coupler which is coaxially positioned with the driving gear on the main body if the developing cartridge is mounted on the main body.
