A device controlling electronic apparatuses (100, 200) to execute an application or function, and a method thereof. The method comprises: when display screens (1141, 202) of the electronic apparatuses (100, 200) are turned off, detecting a pressure value of a first pressing operation applied to the electronic apparatuses (100, 200) (S101); determining whether the pressure value of the first pressing operation exceeds or equals a predefined first pressure threshold (S102); and if so, performing a first function, while keeping the display screens (1141, 202) to remain in a turn-off state (S103). The embodiment realizes controlling of the electronic apparatuses (100, 200) to execute a preconfigured application or function without turning on the screens, by identifying the pressing operation. |
