This ventilation device is equipped with: an outside air heat exchanger installed between a total heat exchanger and an outside air port; a return air heat exchanger installed between the total heat exchanger and a return air port; and a supply air heat exchanger installed between the total heat exchanger and a supply air port. The ventilation device is formed with a refrigerant circuit which is configured by a compressor, a flow path switching device, the outside air heat exchanger, an outside air throttle device, and the return air heat exchanger being sequentially connected by piping, and also configured by the supply air heat exchanger and a supply air throttle device connected in series being connected by piping in parallel with the outside air heat exchanger and the outside air throttle device, and circulates a refrigerant therethrough. With the above-described configuration, it is possible to improve the humidity exchange efficiency of the total heat exchanger in both cases where outside air receives humidity from return air and where outside air supplies humidity to return air. |
