The invention relates to a method for determining the evaporated portion of a fuel quantity applied by way of port fuel injection in the inlet manifold (106) of an aspirated direct-injection internal combustion engine (100). According to said method, an air quantity to be introduced into the combustion chamber (103) for a combustion cycle is determined, a fuel-air mixture quantity to be introduced into the combustion chamber (103) for a combustion cycle is determined, and the evaporated portion of the fuel quantity applied by way of port fuel injection in the inlet manifold (106) is determined taking into consideration the air quantity and the fuel-air mixture quantity. |
