Provided is a saddled electric vehicle in which the replacement of a battery and the mounting of steps are facilitated even with an increased size of battery. While a battery (28) is disposed between left and right steps (50L), (50R) below a main frame (12), the battery (28) is inclined along with a lid (40) rotating in the vehicle width direction about a lid supporting portion (36) provided to an under frame (34), and inclined portions (54L), (54R) or a relief portion is disposed on a step bracket (51) so as to prevent the interference of the battery (28) with the lid (40) in open position. Thus, the battery (28) can be pulled out obliquely upward. Since there is no risk of interference with the main frame or the steps, it is possible to increase the size of the battery. Since the steps can be arranged on the left and right sides of the battery in the vehicle width direction, it is possible to easily mount the steps to the under frame without the risk of interference with the battery. |
