Provided is a seatbelt motor drive control device with which the number of switching elements used for motor driving can be reduced to no more than three for one motor. This seatbelt motor drive control device is equipped with multiple motors respectively reeling in multiple seatbelts, and a motor drive unit that drives the multiple motors. The motor drive unit has: multiple parallel connecting lines connecting the power supply side and the ground side; multiple switching elements provided in each connecting line and arranged on the high-voltage side and the low-voltage side; and multiple connecting paths connecting the connecting lines between the switching elements arranged on the high-voltage side and the switching elements arranged on the low-voltage side. The multiple motors are arranged in the multiple connecting paths.
