A channel promotion processing system (10) and method for an online-to-offline health service alliance. The method comprises: receiving an alliance request sent by each merchant terminal (2) (S11); when a mobile terminal (3) completes electronic payment at any merchant terminal in a digital alliance by means of an alliance two-dimensional code, receiving the alliance two-dimensional code and the sum of the electronic payment from the merchant terminal completing the electronic payment (S14); and adjusting health service product information provided by each merchant terminal in the alliance two-dimensional code according to the number of the alliance two-dimensional codes received by each merchant terminal from the mobile terminal within a preset time period and the total sum of electronic payment (S16). By means of the system and the method, a digital alliance can be formed when multiple merchant terminals carry out online-to-offline health services; and consumption can be carried out at any merchant terminal by means of the alliance two-dimensional code, and the merchant terminals in the digital alliance cooperate with each other for promotion; and resource configuration of the merchant terminals in the digital alliance is optimized. |
