Disclosed is a differentiated network access method for a user equipment, comprising: simulating a core network to send to an identity identifying request user equipment; receiving an identity identifying response returned by the user equipment, and extracting from the identity identifying response to obtain IMSI information; and according to a user access strategy, enabling the user equipment corresponding to target IMSI information to access a target cell when the IMSI information is the target IMSI information.
