Disclosed is an intelligent sleeping device. The device is provided with more than one lighting module on a body thereof, and the lighting module is oriented towards a user¡¯s eye when used. Solar light irradiation is simulated by irradiating into human eyes light emitted by the lighting modules, thereby promoting normalization of melatonin secretion in the human body and effectively improving sleep. The device can be used for regulating normal sleep, and can improve sleep quality of an insomniac, and can also assist the community of people who frequently travel for business in a reverse time difference. |
