<p>PURPOSE: To provide an exhaust gas inspection device of a testing equipment for an internal combustion engine capable of easily achieving the switching for shut-off and communication in one operation. CONSTITUTION: The exhaust gas from a plurality of exhaust gas discharge ports 2A, 2B of an internal combustion engine 2 is discharged through exhaust gas passages 3A, 3B, and a part of the exhaust gas is taken to exhaust gas taking passages 5A, 5B. When the respective exhaust gas taking passages 5A, 5B are simultaneously communicated with each other by operating a switching valve device 10, the exhaust gas flows into a white smoke checking device 30. The exhaust gas flown into the white smoke checking device 30 is returned to the exhaust gas passage after flowing in the white smoke checking device 30. When the respective exhaust gas taking passages 5A, 5B are simultaneously shut off by the reverse operation of the switching valve device 10, the exhaust gas is prevented from flowing into the white smoke checking device 30.</p> |
