<p>PURPOSE: To rapidly and certainly erase an image at the temp. corresponding to the number of reversible thermal recording media and to simplify and miniaturize apparatus constitution in an image erasing apparatus erasing the image formed on the reversible thermal recording medium. CONSTITUTION: A reversible thermal recording medium 100 on which an image is formed by thermal writing is transferred by a transfer means 3 and hot air formed by a hot air heater 5 and a blow fan 6 is blown against the transferred reversible thermal recording medium 100. Therefore, erasing action can be directly applied to the reversible thermal recording medium by the hot air formed by the hot air heater and the blow fan 6 without generating heat loss and an erasing speed can be increased by simple and small-sized apparatus constitution.</p> |
