Disclosed are a sound wave detection-based measurement method and device for liquid volume inside a container, wherein the measurement method comprises the following steps: forming a cavity inside a container, with the cavity being configured in such a manner that sound waves located inside the cavity can be propagated only inside the cavity; transmitting a sound wave into the cavity; receiving the sound wave reflected from the inner wall and liquid level of the cavity; and acquiring the volume of liquid inside the container on the basis of the attenuation coefficient of the reflected sound wave. The measurement method and device enable direct measurements for space volume, and are suitable for use in containers with irregular cavities due to no restriction on the shape of the containers. Meanwhile, there are relatively low requirements for the smoothness of liquid level and how the container is placed, so the measurement method and device have wide scope of application. The measurement device is simply structured and small in size, integrates container sealing with liquid amount measurement, and is quite convenient to use. |
