The CA device (60) is configured so as to perform a second operation mode in which: the nitrogen-enriched air generated from the start of the desorption operation until a prescribed time had lapsed is discharged outside the container (11); and the nitrogen-enriched air generated after the prescribed time has lapsed until the completion of the desorption operation is supplied to inside the container (11).
