Provided is an ultrasonic sealing device, which is capable of facilitating the work necessary for horn maintenance and for which horn cooling efficiency is high. The ultrasonic sealing device is provided with: a horn (7) for contacting a cylindrical material (21) and applying vibration; and a horn cover (9), which covers the sides of the horn (7), has small frames (93-1 - 93-4) in which a slit (91) connecting a space that encloses the horn (7) to the outside is formed, and can be attached/detached with respect to the horn (7). |
