The invention relates in particular to a device (V) for securing at least one object located on a loading surface (L) in a luggage compartment in a vehicle, comprising a preferably planar securing element (2) that can be moved, under the effect of an external force, between an inoperative position and an operative position and can be in a loading position and a securing position in the operative position; in the loading position, at least one object can be placed on the loading surface (L), and in the securing position, the at least one object is maintained in a position on the loading surface (L) by means of the securing element (2). According to the invention, a floor cover (1) is provided which partially or fully covers the securing element (2) in a protective manner in the inoperative position of the securing element (2) and, in said inoperative position of the securing element (2), defines a portion of a load floor on which at least one object can be placed. Another aspect of the invention relates to a floor cover (1) for a luggage compartment, said floor cover (1) being movable, under the effect of an external force, into an open state in order to make a loading surface (L), which forms the base of a receptacle (A) in the luggage compartment, partially or fully accessible. |
