An identity identifying device and a method for manufacturing same, and an identity identifying method. The identity identifying device comprises: a display panel (11) comprising a backlight; a foot type pattern identifying layer (12) located on a light emergent side of the display panel (11), for detecting the light shielding condition of a light emergent surface, so as to collect sole contour information and sole pattern information about a target user in a state of standing on a bare foot; a pressure sensing detection layer (13) which is located on a backlight side of the display panel (11) or between the display panel (11) and the foot type pattern identifying layer (12) and is used for collecting sole pressure information about the target user in the state of standing on the bare foot; and an identity identifying module for identifying an identity of the target user in the state of standing on the bare foot according to the sole contour information, the sole pattern information and the pressure sensing layer (13). |
