PURPOSE:To completely blow dust from the interior of a duct and thereby enable the removal of dust to be performed easily by introducing a freely expandable obstacle (inserter) into the center of a duct which gives maximum wind velocity and air pressure to the inner surface of the duct, and operating this inserter by the manipulation of an operator through a string. CONSTITUTION:Maximum wind velocity and air pressure are given to the inner surface of a duct by introducing an inserter 18 which is a freely expandable obstacle into the duct and manipulating the inserter by an operator through a string. The hard rubbing of the inserter with the inner surface of the duct and the strong vertical/horizontal vibration of scores of fine ropes installed on the inserter by the air pressure inflicting a beat to the surface of the duct, result in the perfect removal of dust from the inner surface of the duct. This inserter, which proceeds by suction of a dust collector at the tip, can clean the duct regardless of the duct shape such as angular, round or vertical. |
