<p>PURPOSE:To carry out the delivery management for parts and assembly management, taking account of the state of an assembly line, as for an integrated manufacture management system for the efficient production even in case of small lot multi-production. CONSTITUTION:An integrated manufacture management system includes a manufacture management part 1, warehousing management part 2, assembly line management part 4, and an assembly line 3, and the manufacture management part 1 forms a delivery order for grooping-processing the manufacture order and delivers the result to the warehousing management part 2, and forms an assembly order sent out to the assembly line management part 4 through the grooping-processing taking account of the work-in-process quantity in the assembly line 3. The warehousing management part 2 delivers a part according to the delivery order and transfers the part to the assembly line 3, and the assembly line management part 4 controls the assembly line 3 according to the assembly order.</p> |
