A cellulose thin film electrode comprising silver nanodendrites and a method for preparing the same are provided. The method for preparing a cellulose thin film electrode comprising silver nanodendrites, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: precipitating, in a reaction solution, a reaction metal on which a thin film comprising silver nitrate and cellulose acetate is attached, to thereby form a cellulose thin film electrode comprising silver nanodendrites; and after separating the thin film electrode from the reaction metal, removing the reaction metal from the reaction solution.
