This buckling-restrained brace anchored by a bolt to a part of a building to be anchored comprises a plate member that extends in the axial direction and in which a bolt hole for fixing the bolt is formed in an end in the axial direction, and buckling-restraining material that restrains buckling in the central portion in the axial direction of the plate member. The buckling-restraining material comprises a tube member that encloses the plate member from the outside in the radial direction, and a filling material that is packed between the tube member and the plate member. The plate member comprises an anchoring plate that has a portion thereof embedded in the filling material and the remaining portion thereof extending from the inside the filling material toward the outside in the axial direction, and in which the bolt hole is formed in an end in the axial direction.
