A switch circuit, a power source system, and a power supply system. The switch circuit comprises: a first input end (111) and a second input end (112), for being connected with a first power source; a third input end (113) and a fourth input end (114), for being connected with a second power source; a switching module (120), comprising a first switching circuit (121) and a second switching circuit (122); a first isolating circuit (131); and a control module (140), for respectively controlling the first isolating circuit (131) to be switched on and off when the first power source performs powering on and off. By providing the first isolating circuit (131) between the switching module (120) and the input ends of the first power source, the security performance of a product can be improved.
