Disclosed are a power determination method, a serving base station, a user equipment and a system. The method comprises: acquiring a first path loss from an uplink of a user equipment to a serving base station; receiving a pre-set signal-to-noise ratio target value sent by the serving base station, a first uplink interference value measured by the serving base station, a compensation coefficient of the serving base station for compensating for the first path loss and an adjustment value of the serving base station for adjusting uplink transmission power; and according to the pre-set signal-to-noise ratio target value, the first uplink interference value, the first path loss, the compensation coefficient and the adjustment value, determining the uplink transmission power of the serving base station. Also disclosed are a user equipment, a serving base station and a power determination system at the same time. |
