A PSVA (Polymer-Stabilized Vertical Alignment) liquid crystal display panel comprises an upper substrate (1), a lower substrate (2) disposed opposite to the upper substrate (1), and a liquid crystal layer located between the upper substrate (1) and the lower substrate (2). The lower substrate (2) comprises a second substrate (21), a thin film transistor, a passivation layer (22) and a pixel electrode (23). The lower substrate (2) is provided with a plurality of pixel areas. The passivation layer (22) is a patterned passivation layer, which is formed with identical patterns respectively correspondingly to the plurality of pixel areas. The pattern comprises a plurality of grooves (221) extending in different directions. The whole surface of the pixel electrode (23) is attached to the patterned passivation layer (22) to have a pattern corresponding to that of the passivation layer (22). The groove (221) has a depth ranging from 2000 to 4000. The PSVA liquid crystal display panel has high penetration rate and excellent optical performance. |
