<p>PURPOSE:To enhance electrical reliability by preventing the occurrence of migration even though moisture or chlorine ion reaches an electrode. CONSTITUTION:A pair of electrodes 12 are formed on both the surfaces facing each other of a thermister element assembly 11, a pair of lead wires 14 and 15 are respectively connected to these electrodes 12, and the connecting portions of these lead wires are covered and sealed with a resin. Material of the electrodes 12 is an Ag-Pd alloy, and the electrodes have a portion 19 which is not formed to an electrode at respective outer peripheral edges of both the surfaces facing each other. A lead wire is made of Cu-Ni, Ni, Sn or Au, and intervals a2 and as of the lead wires 14 and 15 when projected in a direction normal to both the surfaces, or in a direction parallel to both the surfaces, or in two directions is larger than a thickness a1 of the thermister element assembly 11. No lead wire will touch the portion 19.</p> |
