<p>PURPOSE:To produce an electrostatic charge image developing toner excellent in low-temp. fixability, mold releasability and blocking resistance and also enhanced in durability under high-temp. and high-humidity conditions. CONSTITUTION:A monomer composition contg. at least a polymerizable monomer, colorant and mold release agent is suspension-polymerized in aq. medium to directly produce an electrostatic charge image developing polymerized toner. The composition contains 10-40 pts.wt. of the mold release agent, based on 100 pts.wt. of the polymerizable monomer, and a surface-reforming soln. is added after polymerization to remove the mold release agent on the toner surface.</p> |
