The present invention relates to a roller module having a magnetic bearing and a permanent magnet portion and, more particularly, to a roller module having a magnetic bearing and a permanent magnet portion, wherein not only a radial magnetic bearing (300) and a thrust magnetic bearing (500) are provided in the radial direction and the axial direction of a roller (100), respectively, but a permanent magnet portion (400) is additionally provided on the upper portion of the roller (100) such that not only the radial and axial loads of the roller (100) can be supported, but the self-weight of the roller (100) can be supported even when no electric current flows, thereby minimizing the vibration error of the roller (100).
