[Problem] To provide a hemostatic instrument which comprises an expansion part for pressing on a site where hemostasis is required on the radial artery, and a pressing member for pressing on the ulnar artery, the hemostatic instrument enabling the mitigation of pain and numbness caused by pressing from the pressing member. [Solution] A hemostatic instrument 10 comprising: a flexible band 20 which can be wrapped around a wrist 200 through which the radial artery 210 and the ulnar artery 230 run; a surface fastener 30 which fixes the band when the band is wrapped around the wrist; an expansion part 50 which is connected to the band, expands when filled with a fluid, and can press on a puncture site 220 on the radial artery; and a pressing member 60 which is disposed in a different position, in the longitudinal direction of the band, to the expansion part, and can press on the ulnar artery. The length L2 of the pressing member in the longitudinal direction of the band is shorter than the width W2 of the pressing member in the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the band. |
