Provided are a transmission method for a broadcast multicast service, a base station device and a user equipment. The method comprises: a base station device determining a starting subframe of a scheduling period of a target service; the base station device determining scheduling information according to a scheduling situation of the target service in the scheduling period, wherein the scheduling situation comprises a scheduling position and/or a scheduling number of the target service in the scheduling period; and the base station device broadcasting the scheduling information by means of the starting subframe, so that a user equipment acquires data of the target service in the scheduling period according to the scheduling information. By means of the embodiments of the present invention, the power consumption of a user equipment can be reduced when the user equipment acquires a broadcast multicast service.
